I came to this business because I was helping my friend with moving in and I was blown away with the way the manager went out of her way to help her move into her unit. She locked up the office and got the cart and physically went to the unit with her. Afterwards she explained to her the rules and the charges and even gave her some ways to make her stay more comfortable She didn't even need me at all. Ms Darlene is one of the most amazing persons I’ve ever came across. Helped me with my unit I was in and out of there in 10 minutes ! She’s awesome !!!
I've never experienced anyone before so attentive and knowledgeable as the on-site manager Darlene. She actually assisted me with finding the best unit for my needs . And by the time I was leaving we were laughing and talking. What a nice way to end my day. Darlene is definitely an asset to this business. Thank you
