Rented a storage room for my son today at the store on Normandale in Fort Worth. Donna gave us exceptional service. She gave us all the details we needed to know and answered all our questions. She drove us in a golf cart to look at the room we were inquiring about and pointed our the different sizes of rooms as we drove by them at my request.
