The facility was clean and well maintained. The young man who greeted me (Lloyd), was very polite and knowledgeable. No rush, no pressure, just great customer service.
The owners definitely work hard to provide a frictionless and great experience! They have great communication, and are definitely looking to provide new tenants the storage services they need. I am long-term at this place (10x20 unit) because the set-up and staff just feel right. AC'd units are clean and orderly, and outside units have open and inviting spaces to park your car and load/unload. Summer has been amazing to work with and she has been committed to supporting my storage needs all this time. I am forever grateful!
