I had an excellent experience with StorQuest Self Storage and am very satisfied with both their service and facilities. The storage units are clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which gave me great peace of mind. StorQuest professionalism, friendliness of employees, competitive prices and overall cleanliness is top-notch. I have rented dozens of storage units over 40 yrs. StorQuest is miles above the competition! I highly recommend them to anybody that wants to keep their property in a secured & safe environment with easy access.
The staff on site is helpful, service first approach and flexible! Compared to Storage Now the policies at Storquest a little more flexible. The rates are on market and the clean, professional feel is easy to work within while visiting the unit! They have talk radio on during their hours which is nice. Oh, only suggestion, bring your own lock. The new current locks are very particular and I will not recommend them. Life too short for a bad lock that takes multiple attempts to open. Terry b
The professional staff flexible and know their business. Helpful and service oriented. Clean, well lit and enough carts and good elevators. Safe. I recommend not using their locks. Terrible. The overall experience so far at this location……5 star…..but bring your own lock! Tb
