Edited: Well, everything was great when we checked in. But honestly, not impressed as somebody who rented there for four months. Property is in disrepair. Doors that haven’t been fixed bricks falling down things like that. Office is dirty, and often smells like cat pee. It took us three trips to the property to be able to check out because the office seems to rarely be open. So I’ve been at store quest for about six months now maybe a little bit longer and I have had nothing but problems with this place. I have always been current on my rent and then I get a call about three weeks ago saying that my March payment didn’t go through After the fact that we are already four months past March. I get a call telling me that my March rent was never paid. I feel like this is a scam because I know I have money in my account and they keep telling me that it’s not being paid. Great storage facility, easy access to the units and the staff are excellent. Everytime I visit, Malisa is out ensuring the units are locked and secure and keeping the grounds clean and presentable. You can't go wrong storing your stuff here!
