First impression was that the property manager at Highlands Ranch front office lacked professionalism and the lease signing wasn't exactly pleasant. I wonder about some of the positive reviews here? The place is generally outdated, unit floors stained, and ceilings are falling down. Not the property manager's responsibility to address? I've also witnessed gate stuck open overnight on several occasions with no property manager after 6pm. Significant price increases with little notice.
