Storequest staff are very friendlly and helpful folks. They have clean and secure storages as well. They are very reasonable in price too. Highly reccommend them!
From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasant experience. The only drawback was electronic signatures, etc. Recent experience I had with electronic signatures, afterwards the document was altered or plain English, it was changed, sadly I didn't have a paper copy and the potential damage could be $105,000. Luckily per the US Government, I have almost 100% perfect photographic memory; electronic documents should be presented in paper form prior to electronic signatures. Unfortunately, it seemed to be a good deal, until two months into the lease agreement. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision. I was given a deal that was comparable and affordable to most other storage units. Two months later, I received an email that stated they would raise my rent by $80.00 now totaling $183.00.
