Edward from Storquest corporate was extremely rude to me. I was not informed that my unit was in a wall that required a ladder and a sign that states use at your own risk. I called Edward to see if I could get a ground unit for a 5x10. He proceeds to tell me I rented a 5X5. I double checked my lease and it cleary states I rented a 5X10 for 26 dollars. Then he gets short with me and proceeds to tell me he will book me for a ground unit for 68 dollars without me being able to get a word in or explore my options. Then he accuse... read more

Super easy storage and really friendly staff. Tami was super awesome when helping me move out of the unit!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Madan from the corporate office, he was awesome with providing me information about the payment process. He put my mind to ease.
Been trying to pay my bill while out of state and haven’t received a call back yet it’s been 3 months now I hope my thing are still there
