I wish they would notify us about changes concerning the access code hours it's Wednesday and I came from another city to Gainesville thinking I can get in it's only 7:15pm the access hours are 9am-6pm Wednesday and Sunday closed no access My work hours does not work with this

Edward from Storquest corporate was extremely rude to me. I was not informed that my unit was in a wall that required a ladder and a sign that states use at your own risk. I called Edward to see if I could get a ground unit for a 5x10. He proceeds to tell me I rented a 5X5. I double checked my lease and it cleary states I rented a 5X10 for 26 dollars. Then he gets short with me and proceeds to tell me he will book me for a ground unit for 68 dollars without me being able to get a word in or explore my options. Then he accuse... read more
