Quick, easy and polite.
The facility was very clean as well as the property. Samantha was very helpful with all of my needs. I will definitely recommend the property to anyone that asks for a recommendation for sure.
The people were very nice when speaking with them, but their follow-through was the worst customer service experience(s) (yes, there were multiple, with multiple employees) I have EVER had! To the point that I was willing to walk away from $210 and NOT move in so I wouldn't have to deal with them because they were adding so much stress to my life! To their credit, they gave me a full refund when I didn't move in. I had told them I was planning on moving in after hours, but I had a feeling I better go over before they closed ... read more
Amber & can’t remember the other gals name in the office was very helpful, polite and professional! Even though I only needed it for a short period. I would recommend this facility !
Very professional, easy process, clean property appeara secure. Office manager Amber has upbeat attitude, smiles alot & rented us a unit quickly with no frustrations!
