The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to handle everything online so my kiddo got the unit she needed and I didn’t have to make a couple hour road trip. Would use again if needed
Allison is so friendly, she showed me many different options to help my storage needs and had a great attitude! She always has a smile when i come in with any storage problems or questions
It was very business like and pleasant and informative. They ate very freindly, knowledgeable and informative about everything pertaining to our transactions.
I rented a unit for my daughter but they are overpriced and the manager locks you out of the gate denying you access to your property when you are only a few days late on your payment. I'm not sure that's legal as KY state law states they cannot deny you access until you are 45 days late. We accepted the higher pricing as worth it for security but the site is not very secure considering someone scaled the fence and broke into an RV on site.
