A skylight in our condo began to leak and an out-of-state contact directed me to Stormtite. We made an appointment and, a few days later, met Steve, who immediately identified the size and make of the skylight, explained our options, addressed our many concerns, and said he would email a quote. We moved into a house in MA where they had done the roofing a few years prior. There was a leak in the roof that we noticed and a separate contractor had pointed out. My wife called them to see if they would come out to fix it (not expecting it to be covered by any warranty) and they were SO RUDE. They kept calling it "the alleged leak" and essentially gaslighting her the whole time. They are terrific. They did my roof, siding and windows and I am totally satisfied with the work and the price. Highly recommended.

Time wasters. Had to wait a couple weeks for someone to come out for a quote for siding repair and siding on a new addition. Made it clear I was hoping to get the work done within a couple months, before the winter. Project was simple, maybe 1-2 days of work. Waited weeks and never heard anything back, ended up delaying me over a month before taking it on myself. A simple courtesy email would have been nice, won't be calling them again for any future needs
