Inquired via PM and Susan was very helpful. So we stopped by their facility in Paducah to see the units in person to pick a size. ED met us and took us out in the yard and answered all our questions. Very friendly and happy people. Told my Father-in-law about this place and he & I both decided to purchase one for our homes after Dec 10th nightmare. Shelter was easy to install, took about 5 hours. Absolutely no leaks, no water of any kind since installation in July of 2022. The dog isn't a big fan but if severe weather hits he's going in anyway!

We had a tornado in Paris TN on Friday night. We had purchased a six-person Storm Shield shelter. I thank you for our safety and our peace of mind. I love the shelter!!!
