Bought a fourwheeler and that day everything seemed very smooth. When putting that quad together they forgot to tighten the valve stems in the tires so two tires went flat. They lost my initial check so I had to return to repay it. We also filled out paperwork for auto-pay but it was never turned into the bank so I had to pay a late fee on my first payment and refill out the paperwork with the bank for auto-pay. It's a nice fourwheeler but overall not impressed.
These guys are absolutely the best. I couldn’t be happier. My schedule is hectic at the best and I’m very hard to get hold of most of the time but Jeff was very good on communicating via voice mails as well as emails. I got my Valkyrie delivered this week and looking forward riding it every month as soon as I get home. I could not be happier with the complete experience from negotiating to actual sale and after the sale service. I recommend Storm Lake Honda to anybody considering getting into riding
