Brand new roof of 3 years. Still leaking
Did a fabulous job on installing a new roof and the siding on our house recommend them to anyone looking for replacement or repairs
Brandon was very responsive and informed us that we were entitled to a new roof not just a small repair after hurricane Ida. He wrote a letter that our insurance company did eventually agree to and replaced our roof was totally replaced for the same deductible cost. The crew that did the work was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. We highly recommend Storm Doctor.
After the job was completed I went into my attic and garage. There were multiple holes in the plywood caused by the installation of the new roof that were not repaired. The new shingles had to be removed and replaced to repair the plywood. Had I not checked the job it would not have been repaired. The above is only part of the job that lacked quality craftsmanship.
