Never rent covered storage from here!!! We stored our travel trailer here for more than 4 years and dealt with continual increases in the storage fee. For the 2nd time in less than a year our travel trailer was just broke into. Last time they called us the same day and told us. This year we found out ourselves on Saturday, just after the office closed, and called the 24 hour number to tell them more than 10 trailers had been broke into, that the gate wasn't working and there was a random person just sitting under the covered... read more
the worst they robberying my unit they took my best, and the lady not offer another space my storage still open anyone can see my stuff, im away , till i ask why dont offer another space?? o yes mam you can leave the keys or get another space but untill i first sugested, dont rent here they not professional they dont care not even wait for my daughter to go and see what is the follow up with my things
