They sold me $62,000 worth of wood flooring that was supposed to have a 4mm wear layer per the contract. The actual wear layer measured between 3.2 and 3.7mm across many planks that were measured. None were 4mm. This has been confirmed by both the contractor and the installer. At this point, they are refusing to replace the flooring or offer a discount.
