One of the gentlemen that works at storguard named Toby has always gone above and beyond to help always friendly and remembers my name. Either ;My last name, which is a tough one.
Place is a joke, they state they are open 7 days a week no problems Saturday and Sunday come on down. But if it's a holiday you are screwed we don't care that its the 1st of the month or you have a door code to let yourself in and out you can't have your stuff. 0 star if I could give it go somewhere else anywhere else
DON'T!! This storage facility has a serious issue with rodents, as mice can be seen running around inside the units. When concerns about this pest problem were raised, staff responded dismissively, suggesting that the situation was minor and offering just a $50 discount for the month as compensation. The staff’s attitude was notably rude, showing little care for customer concerns about damage or hygiene.
