I highly recommend this facility. We needed a storage solution for an unplanned need for short term storage. Toby was amazing to deal with and made a stressful situation for us in Ontario seem easily managed. (Thank you Toby!) The facility is clean and well run. The car wash next door was also fabulous. The bug treatment before the wash literally got rid of all the bugs we’d accumulated across five provinces. Safe and professional service.
Had a staff member not only lie to me but was rude and disrespectful. And when I gave him the same attitude back I got threatened again with eviction. Funny how they can treat others and get away with it. Would not recommend.
Horrible rude staff for no apparent reason. Had to move out mid month just because of their rudeness
Toby at the Storguard Coquitlam location was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, extremely kind, helpful and made it so easy to rent space. Just would like to say thank you so much Toby, people like you make a difference!
