Rented a 10x10 storage unit today. Jason made the process extremely smooth, and kept me hydrated with a complimentary water. They added a $15 monthly charge for insurance, but at the end of the day the price was still fair, though I'd prefer upfront pricing. I have read that they raise the rent on you out of the blue which scares me a little. Go here if you want a clean secure facility that will increase your rent price regularly. They increased from 60-78$ within the 1st 3 mths then went to 105$ (32%) increase within 1 year. Totally ridiculous. You have to call and be on hold for 25 minutes then negotiate your price. It’s like the cable company. Terrible

What I’m about to write has no reflection on the staff who are amazing. I rented a unit in castle Hayne and after 3 months they doubled the price. I then moved to another location off Market street and they changed from $99 a month to $260 a month after 3 months. I despise the bait in switch tactic and for this reason I’m moving my items a third time but will not be renting with Go Store It.
