What I’m about to write has no reflection on the staff who are amazing. I rented a unit in castle Hayne and after 3 months they doubled the price. I then moved to another location off Market street and they changed from $99 a month to $260 a month after 3 months. I despise the bait in switch tactic and for this reason I’m moving my items a third time but will not be renting with Go Store It.
Today I spoke with a customer service representative named John. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and solved my problem in an instant. Go store is lucky to have someone as competent and customer friendly as him. Way to go, John!
Michelle the property mgr was very helpful.
Had a few unforeseen things pop up at first but the manager, Michelle stepped up and not only fixed the issue, she made sure I’ll be a customer for life. Thanks Michelle!
Michelle needs to be fired for someone who not very helpful she wouldn’t let me getting my clothes or driver license or school items or apple watch or AirPods after getting the law involved three times she because of a trespassing warning I can’t my id nor would she let me get my clothes or other belongings I have my dad personal belongings in there and he is deceased.
