Hotel personell is very friendly but store me app is not working for my 2 years old Samsung mobile. Message.: this app was created for older devices. Not possible for newer mobile phones. Was unable to store my luggage. Another customer had the same Problem but she booked it then via internet. So try it before you go there or book in the internet in advance. Hotel 5 Stars, App 0 Stars
