First time to the facility and the security and technology is great. Abby was wonderful helping us get all setup for access. Super friendly and helped us get smartphone app configured. Highly recommend the facility and Abby is great to work with.
UPDATED- After a phone call I learned no one actually works at the facility, and that it’s all ran remotely. Which means there’s absolutely no one that can manually open any units, or the gate without power supposedly. Kinda insane considering I have a boat in my work parking lot right now… with no where to store it tonight. Was told I am out of luck until Wednesday when they plan to have the power back on. I was not offered any unit discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Have had plenty of storage units in my lifetime... read more
I have been there for five years and knew the previous owners before this facility became part of the Storelocal group. In the past three years there have been 3 price increases and at least a dozen new people in the office. They have pretty much abandoned any effort to offer customer service. Their website says 24 hr access and lists office hours of about 9 am to 5 pm M-Sa, neither of which is correct. They recently eliminated personal locks the tenants would use to secure their units and switched everyone to a cell phone a... read more
Bishop was so pleasant and helpful, very knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly. He has a very clear speaking voice, it was exceptionally easy to do business with him. I wish everyone that I have to deal with on the phone was that great!
