This was a new n very easy digital and online experience. U just go online and pay for ur unit.and then u got to ur storage unit with is remotely assessed n Bluetooth ur phone on their app n just push the unlock button on ur phone n ur unit unlocks. The easy unit i ever rented n it was very cheap.......I recommend using this storage unit very highly........

After having a storage for 5 to 6 years and paying months of rent . Just last month did not notify me and sold my storage unit after being a loyal tenant. Lost all me and my kids belongs and never have someone on site. If so would not have lost unit. Will not get another storage there. Douglas location never have no one onsite.

Would give 0 stars but can't. So this place has had their gate stuck open for months! I normally don't give places bad reviews unless it is warranted. Went to check on my boat and noticed someone had stolen my motors top cowling hood that had my registration decals on it for the motor as well as my registration decals for my boat! They only have people working remotely and not on site. Zack is who I got ahold of about the matter and did not care at all about what happened. I want to say that Karen is the nicest most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of talking too. My account was a mess and if it wasn't for Karen keeping the whole situation under control I would have lost this storage forsure. So Thank You Karen from the bottom of my heart. The world could use a couple billion of you. YOU ROCK HARDER THAN KISS.
