I need a storage unit while in the midst of moving and Storelocal seemed like a great option at the time. However, I was quickly shown that this facility was not the best. While their rates are competitive and they’re in a convenient location, there’s so many problems that I’m surprised nobody else has brought up. Firstly, the air conditioning never works! WOW, what a total joke. The code they provided didn't work, and surprise—no one available on-site to help. Customer support was worse: rude and dismissive, promising they'd call back with a solution. Guess what? Twelve hours later, still no call. The only way I got in was tailgating behind someone else—otherwise, I'd have been totally screwed. This was so frustrating, I had to warn others. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
