Their roof leaked and damaged some of my stuff. Their app to get in and out of the unit was buggy and I had to delete and reinstall twice just to get into my unit. The pricing is ok, but it fluctuates greatly and if you don't time it right you could overpay by $20-$50 a month for the same size unit. Overall a decent place if your unit doesn't leak, you can deal with technical issues and you got a good deal on pricing. You can sign a lease, move in and move out without ever having to meet with someone which is convenient.
TJ was great! He was patient and helped me with the documents necessary for my rental space! Everyone, including the two virtual associates were top notch!
