Love StoreRase, D’Licia is the very best at follow up and customer service. Very pleasant phone presence.
Easy move-in process and great pricing. Facility seems clean and well maintained. I moved from another facility down the road that had continually raised prices the past couple of years. Edit.. this place is pretty much the same as everyone else. I've had at least 2 rate increases since I put my camper out here a year and a half ago. They kept my rate lower for about 9 months. Excellent customer service
We were in the process of moving and needed and quick temporary storage unit, D'licia, TJ and Jamison were my units customer service reps and the were amazing! They made navigating the whole process so easy and they were very quick. Storage Ease has the best units and the best team.
I went here with the intent to rent a unit immediately. Instead of a human working, they had a dystopian motion sensor with a robotic voice and flashing monitors stating a virtual manager would be with me and began to count down. I left and rented from a company that employs humans.
