My phone stop working upon a 5 hour drive to store items. Crystal responded within minutes with a cheerful positive attitude and and got me into my unit within minutes. Than came back and made sure we were ok. She gave us her card with a smile and said to please call her if we had any questions, problems or issues about or while using the storage facilities. She was AWESOME ! Great experience with clean, well lit and equipped facility. Thank You
Ashlan was great! Very kinda and informative, rates could be better but the customer service was top tier.
I have been renting a storage unit for the past three years. The rent was $175, then it changed owners and.went up to $213.99,. It changed owners again and it increased to $228. This month it increased to $268 without any explanation! The storage units are infested with rats.
The woman at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous to me. In addition the place was spotless.
