We were customers for over 5 years and were being charged 60$ per month while they had a special for $29.99 they offer to new customers. Whatever happened to customer loyalty meaning something? The manager Kim is not a people person...They charged my mom's CC out of the blue for $99 denied doing so and when caught didn't even apologize...They are without a doubt one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.
