I rented an inside HVAC unit for over a year. I also had a 50 ft parking space there for part of that time. I was trying to get my unit empty by the end of October but didn't quite make it. I did get it empty on November the second which was a weekend. I came and picked up my trailer from the outside space and notified the lady in the office, Monday morning , Nov 4th that everything was out and empty, and swept clean. We stored household items for 2 years at the Murrells facility while working on a new build. The entire storage experience from start to finish was excellent! Very safe & secure and they keep the entire facility incredibly clean. Communication is excellent. Never saw an increase in the monthly rate the entire time!
