Uhual has a mess up. They fixed it before I even knew it happened and sent me here to pick up a trailer. I will be renting several more times this year and I will go the extra drive just to use these folks. Super nice quick, and down to earth people that are cut from a common sense cloth. THANK YOU. Working with Wendy was such a breath of fresh air during a crazy time for our family. She is always cheerful and very responsive to phone calls and emails; she will even follow up with an in-person chat if she sees you on site.
