This place an the place down by Smith St. I believe - are both under new ownership , the guy named David with the truck is the guy that manages both of them . My family rents at this property currently an since David took over management- we have recommended 2 neighbors who have both rented there now and one at the other location also. We couldn't be more impressed with someone's ability to turn something like these properties around - as we are with this manager.
