I LOVE this place! I have stopped going to the post office. I would rather go here because they know me and have my information in their system, so the service is more personalized. Every year, I ship all of my packages for Christmas through them.
5 STARS!!! Best customer service ever!! I went to the Lansing drop off, they were closed. So, I tried the Leavenworth location. I had initiated a wrong label, that they couldn’t scan. The young lady had me pull up my return on my phone and she took the time to cancel the return and start over to get the correct label. Then she printed it for me. How awesome is that?!! Definitely using the Leavenworth location from now on! Thank you!!
