These folks are liars. I called the week before I was to move and gave an approximate move out. I told them that I only needed a week, which turned out to be 8 days, and asked if I would not have to pay the whole month. I was told that I should pay it all up and they would refund the balance of the month since it was 8 days into the month. I called again on the day I moved out and since no one answered I left a message. Now, they are using a different date to say when I moved out. My biggest problems is 1) The rates have gone up %30 in the last year. and 2) You pay your bill and you get a reminder that your next bill is due like 3 weeks later so you put it to the side and by the time the bill is due you have forgotten about it. Why not remind me a week or 10 days before due date?

Jerry and Paris were wonderful! I rented a truck through them. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their personal attention to detail and their good wishes for my long-distance move. I highly recommend their services! (Note: GPS is wrong for finding their location - it will get you close but keep your eyes open to find it!) :+)
