I want to give a big thanks to Elvin, the manager at Store DJ Windsor, for outstanding customer service he provided. One of my studio monitors failed and was undergoing 3rd party warranty repairs that were extensively delayed, which was frustrating, but Elvin went above and beyond to turn the experience around. Online order was refunded because wasnt able to verify, however contacted two stores and the online team twice before order was refunded to sort the matter out as the code I found wasnt working and instead refunded the order. Made the order on Sunday so was hoping it would be on its way by now and not refunded and some items were on special items that I was really excited about so really disappointing with service and response.
