Angus had some of the best customer service I have ever found at any store and made my visit a pleasure. The store itself is amazing and you are able to try a wide array of equipment out before purchasing it. 10/10, would recommend.
Love this shop, I have bought all my equipment from Store Dj for my home set up.
Bought an out of the box synth from these guys and it had a faulty volume knob. I called them 4 times and sent 2 emails about it and each time the phone rang out, or i left a message and no-one called back. Absolutely no care for service or responsibility for goods, but what do you expect from a commercial chain like this?
Worst retail experience I've ever had. Don't buy from them.
All the staff were great and really helpful. I booked in a free demo session with Sam to have a look at some Roland products. He was really knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain to me how everything works and which product would be best for the type of music I wanted to make. Will definitely be back in the future.
