It was simple to start the move in process. Loved the 24/7 access. Great location in Gillette Wyoming. Easy to get help when problems happened with the app or the unit itself. Supper friendly workers. Easy move out process as well 10/10 would recommend to others. Also for the size of unit priced really well.

It is the easiest storage unit to set up and use. Turn around time for communication is quick and helpful. This is my second time needing a unit, and it was so pain free! Will definitely use it again in the future, if needed.
