I've had my storage unit for almost 5 years and never had an issue until this company took over. During the changeover my unit done how accidentally got paid for by another tenant's card. Since I was receiving emails that my account was paid I had no idea. After about 5 months it was realized that this was happening. I received a extremely generic text about it and was told I owe somewhere around $1000 which included an exorberant amount of late fees. Sociopathic private equity tactics applied to storage mangement. Ive been a customer with Lincoln Self Storage in Willow Glenn area of San Jose for several years. The previous manager Doug had some of the best customer service I have ever delt with and was the reaaon I decided to rent with Lincoln even though it was not the lowest price. Ive been w this place for a year and a half, I've been through now 4 system changes. Is this Co being bought and sold? The last new system lost my gate access number, office was closed so I had to come back. They changed my pass code so the next time I came in THAT code didn't work. Now I try to pay and there's no record of me. I work, I have 15 min break and decided it was more important to express my frustration withe Storage Pro Corp than setting up yet another account to pay my bill
Our owner group decided to partner with Storage Pro 7 years ago and have not regretted it. They brought a tremendous amount of expertise and tech solutions to our business that have reaped great benefits for us in a very competitive environment. We have always been very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to great business management. In short, they really know what they are doing and we feel our property is being managed very well.
Worst storage management property ever! Do not trust these people! They raise prices on you without consent and give you the run-a-round. When they tell you a manager will call you back about your complaint, don't expect to hear from anyone! This is a giant scam running business. Worst people ever! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!
