They not a happy people here. They seem like they hate working here. Poor customer service. Seen one of the workers yelling at a customer for who knows what reason. I wouldn't store anything here.
Did I get your attention? Good. I drove over 30 minutes up North to this facility after getting off work at 5pm. The website says the facility is open til 9pm. I'm moving out after 3 years of paying for my unit with this company, after aggressive rent increases on a 10x10 that's now $189! I get to the facility to see a sign that says that due to theft you have to check out your dolly, you can only use the dollys until the office closes, which is 6pm. Awesome!
