I've used this storage since 2017. This was to be my last month I scheduled a move out May 8th. I'm partially moved out I requested a few more days and was denied a prorated rate. They want a full month pay. I was in the hospital and results are my left ventricle isnt functioning fully so I'm struggling here trying to move out with my 12yr old son helping me. You figure after being a great customer over 4yrs they'd allow me to prorate a few more days since I did schedule to move 30 days prior but they're just awful. I'm lock... read more
