According to Tifphany, the access doors are only open from 5am - 9pm. You need to stop what you are doing and close your storage at 9pm no exceptions. She will even call you and tell you "end of story". Super rude, the worst customer service I ever experienced. Its unfortunate because if tiffany was the girl when i started the application, i would have walked out IMMEDIATELY.

You know I would have given this place a high rating before but with what I'm experiencing right now, and knowing that this company doesn't really care about their customers as I've experienced firsthand, I felt compelled to come on here and say something. Nice facility. Close to home. but 10x10 advertised is really 10x9. Employee told me all the 10x10 units were like that. Sounds like false advertising. Lack of Smart Phone app is a negative.
The place is clean and secure and the staff is helpful
