We’ve had an amazing experience with Ruth at StorageMax! She was so informative and patient as I asked many questions, and called before I ordered my unit online. She even gave us a goodie bag with helpful information and a helpful keychain tape measure when we came in person! She’s so sweet and very thorough! 10/10 recommend!
Angela (at 2109 McCullough Blvd, Tupelo) went above & beyond to help w/ my monthly payment when I was out of town. She & Ruth are very service oriented. Great employees!!!
Ms Ruth and Ms Angela are very sweet and knowledgeable. Thanks for the year and a half of explaining and taking care of us and our stuff. If we have the need for storage again in the future, we will come see you.
