DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! I had outdoor 15x15 unit. I paid on time monthly rent and insurance. Because of negligence of the staff not clearing the area behind property unit correctly water ran from under the back wall and ruined most of my personal items. I spoke with the manager and she directed me to insurance. She took pictures of the unit and property damage when everything was being moved out. Very rude. The guy refused to help us. Claimed her couldn't change reservation from app pickup to in store pickup. Said they were closed at 8am for pickup. It was 8:15 when we arrived. The open sign was up. Door was open. I said ok I'll go back to my car and wait 15min. He then claimed he couldn't help us because we would get double charged by uhaul because it was setup through the app. Got snippy with me about setting up with the app. I explained that it was orginally setup for in store pickup but the Pflugerville location ... read more

The pickup location is difficult to navigate with vehicles. There is little to no parking for your personal vehicle if you plan on parking at the location while you use the truck. Parking the U-Haul after hours is difficult as well. The site is very tight and turning around the trucks is not reasonably possible. During working hours they have very involved staff that is more than willing to help if you need it and contact them.
