BAIT AND SWITCH KINGS. Beware of this place. I moved my stuff in and two months in, they up the price by 50 bucks! They do that because they know its a strain to leave. So they are at advantage.
Renting a large Uhaul truck was never easier. The truck was clean and performed great, but where they stand head-and-shoulders above the rest is in their Storage Max employees I dealt with. There was a hiccup while returning the equipment on U-Haul’s side of the house, but they got it all straightened out without me needing to stress. For me, it’s not if a company’s perfect… it’s how they handle problems.
Fantastic experience with kind staff and fair pricing on my UHAUL rental.
Went at 830 to rent a U-Haul and waited 15 minutes for them to open, no one came so I took my business elsewhere. If your hours posted say 830, someone needs to be there at 830
