This is the worst Uhaul location I have ever been to. Rented a truck, moving blankets, Dollie’s, the whole 9 yards. Showed up when they opened to pick up my stuff and all they had was a truck. No blankets, no Dollie’s, nothing.
Exceptional customer service. The people are great and very professional. Please keep it up.
The old man running the store needs to learn how to talk to customers. Probably should take the closed sign off the door too.
DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! I had outdoor 15x15 unit. I paid on time monthly rent and insurance. Because of negligence of the staff not clearing the area behind property unit correctly water ran from under the back wall and ruined most of my personal items. I spoke with the manager and she directed me to insurance. She took pictures of the unit and property damage when everything was being moved out.
