I had a great move in experience. I had several loads going back and forward to my car. I did not have any problems going in and out. The alarm goes off every time someone enters their code. This allows other occupants to know that other people are in the building. The area was clean and there was no difficulty pulling down the door or putting the lock on.
Lori was very helpful in our search for a storage unit for our organization. She provided excellent customer service and we recommended her to another organization that purchased a storage unit also. Lori, keep providing great customer service Lori!!!
