This is the second time I have rented from this facility and will probably use them again. I liked to ease of making my reservation and being able to communicate using the contact function. I had to make a change and they made it easy for me to do. Thanks for all that you do.
Reggie was such a help. We had to go to multiple places for a rental but he made sure to let us know the 10ft didn’t have a ramp. He found the right one for us made the reservation and did it all with a smile. Go check him out!
I paid to rent moving blankets and they did not provide them. I needed the truck at 5am, I had to find a store and pay out of pocket for the moving blankets. I was also charged for extra time. Customer service didn’t care so overall I think I paid more out of pocket using Uhaul over other moving company’s.
