I had an issue with my lease and I needed to go to the office to sign a new one. Brian was very efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Professionalism is something that customer service is missing in general but Brian was a true example of what Customer Service should be. We need more employees like Brian.
Stay away! Horrible experience! They just decided to increase my monthly payment for one unit from $281.99 to $563.99!!! It’s crazy! I’ve never had anything similar in any other storage. Moving out ASAP!
