Ginger was great help!
Facility is clean and well lit! The ac on the second floor is good and there was little to no humidity upstairs. Downstairs did feel a bit humid, so heads up if that is important to you. Highly recommend checking in when the front office is available. The online directions were good but Ginger at the front desk was AMAZING! Incredibly helpful and showed us all the various loading areas and where to find carts, as well as shared some important details on the unit’s locking mechanism. Ginger was funny and courteous.
