I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if it wasn't required to post. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. BAIT AND SWITCH...bait with low prices then switch once you've moved your things into the unit...they raised storage fee on me 4 times in one year...as you move your belongings in they switch prices on you...after the first month fee was increased when asked was informed they raise fee every 6-8 months. ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL OR ACCOMODATING...plus RUDE customer service needs training!
