This storage mart is so conveniently located for me! I’ve had my unit for a couple years now, It would be great if there were some more carts, but other than that it’s great. Having Hector there to assist me with finding the perfect unit is the icing on the cake. Hector is extremely helpful, personable and kind. Today I got a second unit and he made sure that I found one that would be perfect for me. Thanks again Hector, you are the best..!

Had a wonderful experience with Maria! This is the first time I rent from StorageSmart and she was quick and easy to help me out. When I got here she was dealing with a difficult customer that was unreasonable but she tried her best to help and was professional the whole way. I appreciate her for all her help! Would recommend this place and ask for her!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The building is super old, the doors it has security open by themselves without putting an access number, it has very little security. When I rented my unit they did not ask me for any insurance and now without prior notice and without asking they add to your account an insurance that they themselves offer (super expensive) to your monthly bill... besides, I CAN'T EXPLAIN THE BAD SERVICE THAT THE MANAGER HAS, it's a lack of respect, he just doesn't know how to treat a customer. DO NOT RENT HERE.
