Had a wonderful experience with Maria! This is the first time I rent from StorageSmart and she was quick and easy to help me out. When I got here she was dealing with a difficult customer that was unreasonable but she tried her best to help and was professional the whole way. I appreciate her for all her help! Would recommend this place and ask for her!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The building is super old, the doors it has security open by themselves without putting an access number, it has very little security. When I rented my unit they did not ask me for any insurance and now without prior notice and without asking they add to your account an insurance that they themselves offer (super expensive) to your monthly bill... besides, I CAN'T EXPLAIN THE BAD SERVICE THAT THE MANAGER HAS, it's a lack of respect, he just doesn't know how to treat a customer. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I had the pleasure of talking to Maria who guided me about the location and showed me around. She was very pleasant and showed me the units without any hesitation. She answered all my questions and I surely booked a unit at this location.
I can see a tremendous decline in this facility. Trash is everehere - snark like litter but also household items too. Gates are frequently broken. Doors are frequently broken. Carpets are filthy. If I were renting space now, I would not use this place.
