Tuesday January 7th. Driveway, parking lot and entire property still not plowed or shoveled. Ice at the entrance of the office. No one staffed. No one answered phone . Very disappointed in this major company. Someone is skimming off the top and not managing this place correctly when paying customers and I mean $455/month paying customers can’t get in or out safely 2 days after a storm has stopped.
