Attendant was rude, refused to tell me whether the code to enter the gate was in the email confirmation. I am new to renting storage and didn’t know that the gate code was included in the email or if you needed to check in with the attendant for the code. He refused to answer any questions, only repeated “You’re parked in front of the gate, you need to move.” I figured it out for myself, but a simple “Yes.”would have been helpful.

I’ve had such a great experience with StorageMart thanks to the property manager, Mike. He’s extremely helpful, professional, and insightful—always taking the time to answer any questions I have. On top of that, he brings a great sense of humor, which makes the whole process much easier and more pleasant. Truly appreciate the customer service here!
