Kathy from store 0158 is unprofessional, causing the business to lose customers because of her deceitful ways. She made a verbal agreement and did not follow through with it and did not take her clients calls. Do not do business here. There is no working with you or any incentive for loyal customers and they don't uphold what they said. They have a lawsuit coming. Highly suggest not to do business with this storage. They are under new management and they only care about the money. They don’t care how long you’ve been there. They are not understanding and have no perks for loyal customers. Fun fact, the longer you been there, the more penalties you get. Increases every year, so don’t get too excited about your deal.
