I am changing my review for this storage mart location due to really unfortunate business practices that make them seem like crooks. After 4 months they are increasing my rent for no clear reason. This is basically them squeezing a previously satisfied, paying customer so that they can make more money off of me after I already moved my belongings into the unit. This location is very clean and it is conveniently located though very discreet. Mike was wonderful and gave wonderful customer service. I appreciated his kind demeanor and his patience and answering all of my questions. I was surprised to find out that all the units have climate control and that was a bonus I was not counting on. Mike is the best at storage mart. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind! He knows everything about the place. I have switched storage units a few times and be is always fast and consultative on which ones will work best. I currently have two different size units and they are right near each other - it worked perfectly. My only complaint is that the owner raises prices basically after 4 months in the unit.
