Mike, the facility manager, was on top of things and anticipated questions. He was ready with locks, the quickest route to get to the locker, tips on good lighting and had a good disposition. He's an asset to the organization. The transaction went smoothly, quickly and expeditiously, which saved us money on mover labor.
