This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked. I’m extremely disappointed! I moved in just two months ago, and now I’ve received a notice in the mail saying the price is doubling. Mike was great to work with. He was very informative and helped me find exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. The facilities are clean and secure.
I am changing my review for this storage mart location due to really unfortunate business practices that make them seem like crooks. After 4 months they are increasing my rent for no clear reason. This is basically them squeezing a previously satisfied, paying customer so that they can make more money off of me after I already moved my belongings into the unit. This location is very clean and it is conveniently located though very discreet. Mike was wonderful and gave wonderful customer service. I appreciated his kind demeanor and his patience and answering all of my questions. I was surprised to find out that all the units have climate control and that was a bonus I was not counting on.
