I've rented a unit in this facility for almost 4 yr they continue to raise the rates after u move in I pay 3x what a. New renter will pay theysY oh you was here during the rate hikes of utilities well why isn't gone down or why is the new renters paying what I am that makes no "F" scenes so be repaired they will jack your rate and don't give a flying F if you are a loyal customer.
