Every part of my experience was great. The first time I visited this location, the lady on site was so very nice and informed me that I could receive the best and most affordable deal if I reserved the unit online. I took her advice, and really did get a great deal on the 10x10 storage unit. The second time I visited the site, Scott took me to see the unit I had reserved online, but I was not satisfied with that particular unit.
