The cart is broken and the door stop too. I reported the broken cart to the office but on my last 2 trips they were both still broken. I'm 70 and it made it very difficult for me on the first trip as I had to open the door while trying to hold totes. I checked other areas for a cart but none were found. The front wheel is broken and the bracket just digs into the concrete making more work to pull it. See attached pictures. I normally don't complain, but I know that if you don't know you can't address it. Thank you
